If your products are distributed in the Chinese mainland in accordance with Part I of Exhibit A – List of Countries/Regions ("Exhibit A"), Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huawei incorporated in the People's Republic of China, will serve as your contracting entity and data controller.
